For nearly two months, fans were left wondering if Clementine’s adventure would see a proper conclusion, when Skybound revealed the relieving news that they would be developing the second half of The Walking Dead’s fourth season, while bringing back many of the key members of the original development team to help see their vision to the end. It makes sense because they kept her alive after having a sad "ending" with clementine in the barn but brought her back at the end with a twist.One of last year’s most heartbreaking piece of gaming news was the unexpected and untimely closure of Telltale Games, which led to the cancellation of multiple upcoming projects and the abrupt mid-season halt of the final season of their Walking Dead adaptation. They just didnt want to spoil the fact that Clementine wont die in the last episode because they wanted fans to believe she will die, if they said that they want to work on Season 5 that would have spoiled the fact that clementine will not die in Season 4. Skybound game's already said they want to do DLC and other content but i think "DLC" meant Season 5 for them. Also we got to play AJ at the end of Episode 4 but i think that was because they didn't want to spoil the fact that AJ cut Clem's leg instead of killing her so we could have a surprise ending or it could be a hint about Season 5 coming out as AJ the playable character. Clem could be a laid back character in Season 5 where AJ is the playable character, kinda like how Clem was in Season 3. I think TellTale games said that the Final Episode will be the end of Clementines story, which could mean that the story isn't over for AJ since all of the school members stayed alive in Episode 4.
They have the rights for The Walking Dead game right? They could make a Season 5.
